Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic sustainability and climate risk analysis across organizational structures and processes
Develop and implement sustainability initiatives in the energy sector with focus on climate risk management
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders
Establish climate risk analysis frameworks within corporate governance processes
Build and maintain internal and external sustainability networks
Direct complex sustainability projects with multiple stakeholders
Provide expert consultation on climate-related risks and opportunities
Manage and mentor junior team members including working students and trainees

Requirements

Education

MBA with Data Analytics focus or equivalent degree in Business Administration with technical background

Experience

Extensive professional experience in sustainability, CSR, or stakeholder management
