Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of cross-functional product development initiatives from business case through production implementation
Executive-level project planning and milestone management for complex engineering programs
Cross-functional resource coordination across Engineering, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Purchasing, and Finance
Technical oversight of engineering disciplines including FMEA, DV, and problem-solving methodologies
Direct supervision and development of engineering team members including Product Development Engineers and CAD resources

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable discipline; Master's Degree preferred

Experience

10 years related technical plus managerial experience
