Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end capital facilities projects across APAC and EMEA portfolio
Manage internal resources and service providers for project execution
Oversee multi-year, multi-phased capital initiatives
Drive technology implementation and reporting systems
Partner with sourcing teams on vendor management
Implement and maintain global design standards
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with F&B, AV/IT, DE&I teams

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred)

Experience

8+ years of professional experience in program/project leadership across major markets in APAC and EMEA
