Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage infrastructure design teams for large-scale road and masterplan projects
Direct PMC design review processes and oversee design consultants
Manage design development from concept to tender stage
Ensure compliance with authority requirements and technical standards
Develop and implement design strategies and innovation initiatives
Interface management across multiple disciplines
Risk assessment and mitigation planning
Stakeholder management and client communications

Requirements

Education

Degree in Civil engineering from an accredited University

Experience

20 years design management experience preferred, 15 years minimum
