Key Responsibilities

Strategic financial leadership for Design Centre and HQ operations with P&L responsibility
Direct oversight of financial reporting and compliance for multiple legal entities across international operations
Tax strategy development and implementation across multiple jurisdictions
Treasury management and FX risk mitigation for global operations
Team leadership and development of finance function (3 total reports)
Process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
Stakeholder management across external auditors, tax authorities, and corporate leadership

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of related experience
