Key Responsibilities

Lead development of Virtual-Virtual Aerial Refueling (V-VAR) simulation systems for military training applications
Drive technical architecture and implementation of distributed simulation protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product backlog in Scrum framework
Design and implement proof-of-concept prototypes incorporating machine learning and AI capabilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Ensure compliance with military-grade software standards and security protocols

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in related field (or equivalent experience combinations)

Experience

5+ years with Bachelors, 3+ years with Masters, or 9+ years with High School Diploma
