Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process optimization including cash applications, intercompany transactions, and month-end close
Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP S4 HANA and analytics platforms
Spearhead continuous improvement projects leveraging intelligent automation and ERP systems
Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards with critical KPIs
Manage quality control and process compliance across global operations
Execute strategic process reengineering and transformation roadmaps
