Key Responsibilities

Lead capital planning and stress testing processes to ensure regulatory compliance and capital adequacy
Develop and implement sophisticated financial models for stress testing and scenario analysis
Manage ALM software systems and validate modeling assumptions
Conduct advanced quantitative analysis for strategic decision-making
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity
Lead regulatory reporting and documentation processes

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree, CFA/FRM designation preferred

Experience

3+ years of related experience in ALM modeling, 5+ years preferred in banking/financial services
