Key Responsibilities

Lead development of complex analytical methods including Cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, CE, PCR and SDS-PAGE techniques
Interface with Quality Control teams for cGMP testing method transfer and validation
Conduct and supervise routine wet chemistry assays and immunoassays
Develop and review standard operating procedures and validation protocols
Train and mentor junior analysts while participating in cross-functional teams
Support regulatory inspections and compliance initiatives
Drive continuous improvement projects in analytical development

Requirements

Education

BS in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology or pharmaceutical sciences (4+ years experience) or MS (2+ years experience)

Experience

4+ years with BS or 2+ years with MS in QC or Analytical lab
