Key Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy and architectural decisions for machine learning products across the supply chain platform
Drive innovation in predictive modeling for supply chain optimization and route planning
Design and implement real-time decision-making systems using advanced ML algorithms
Develop and optimize critical algorithms for ETA prediction, shipment tracking, and vessel scheduling
Establish data science best practices and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into business processes
Analyze complex supply chain datasets to identify optimization opportunities
Build and maintain production-grade ML models using cloud infrastructure

Requirements

Education

Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical fields

Experience

8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics
