Key Responsibilities

Lead APJ-wide Field Application Science processes and toolbox development
Provide advanced technical expertise for pre and post-sales support
Drive regional capability development and training initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional collaborations across business units
Manage product complaint resolution and technical support escalations
Champion process improvement initiatives
Build and maintain subject matter expert networks

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering), Masters or PhD degree preferred

Experience

Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in Downstream Purification

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of downstream process development Scale-up and cGMP production workflows Large-scale column packing experience with POROS Technical training leadership Strong English communication Cross-cultural influencing skills Technical writing and presentation abilities
