Key Responsibilities

Lead technical system design and architecture development for complex mechatronic systems
Translate customer requirements into mechanical and mechatronic concepts
Perform advanced calculations and analysis using FEM software
Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures with time/complexity estimates
Drive technical risk mitigation and solution optimization
Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovation
Oversee large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery

Requirements

Education

MSc or PhD in Mechanics and/or Mechatronics

Experience

5-10 years experience in mechatronic systems and precision mechanics
