Key Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture design and implementation of FAIR data workflows across the Dutch Life Sciences & Health domain
Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate technical alignment workshops to improve data interoperability
Develop and implement semantic metadata frameworks adhering to FAIR principles
Provide expert technical consultation on data resource interoperability to TDCC-LSH network stakeholders
Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for best practices in data interoperability
Integrate and optimize research tools and workflows across national networks

Requirements

Education

Post-MSc or PhD in data science, bioinformatics, computer science or related field

Experience

1-3 years hands-on experience
