Key Responsibilities

Lead quality assurance initiatives and LEAN implementation for hydraulic systems assembly
Drive continuous improvement through advanced quality methodologies (8D, Six Sigma, etc.)
Manage cross-functional process optimization using Industrial & Value Engineering principles
Develop and maintain comprehensive quality KPI reporting systems
Oversee internal audits and coordinate external certification processes
Serve as key liaison between production, quality management, engineering and other departments
Ensure compliance with ISO, DIN, VDA and customer-specific quality standards
Lead team training and development initiatives for quality excellence

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 5 years in quality management, manufacturing or engineering

Required Skills

Quality management methodologies (8D-Report, FMEA, Six Sigma) Leadership and team management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluency in German, English and French Advanced MS-Office proficiency ERP systems expertise QS-STAT, SPC, CAQ, Casqit and QSys software knowledge Practical, results-oriented mindset
