Key Responsibilities

Lead technical solution development for pressure management and control systems across MEA region
Direct and mentor a team of 3 professionals while managing customer relationships
Drive business growth through strategic customer engagement and technical leadership
Oversee complex technical proposal development including skid sizing and fabrication specifications
Manage cross-functional coordination between sales, PMO, and manufacturing teams
Develop and implement team training programs and performance metrics
Analyze market trends and customer requirements to optimize solution offerings

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or equivalent experience in business administration (MBA) or related field

Experience

Proven record in application engineering & quotation preparation for Pressure Reduction & Metering Skid

Required Skills
