Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic cash management and liquidity planning for APAC region with direct impact on working capital optimization
Drive regional banking relationships and structure optimization to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction
Spearhead FX risk management and hedging strategies across multiple APAC markets
Design and implement treasury policies aligned with corporate governance and local regulations
Direct regional treasury systems implementation and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred

Experience

Minimum of 8 years in treasury or financial management

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange risk management Familiarity with APAC regulatory requirements and banking practices Proficiency in treasury systems and tools Advanced MS Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Fluency in English; Mandarin or other APAC languages a plus
