Key Responsibilities

Lead psychiatric crisis assessment and admission screening for adolescent patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on DBT principles
Manage complex case documentation and insurance authorizations
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care

Maintain clinical records and regulatory compliance
Provide direct therapeutic support and crisis intervention

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in related field from accredited institution
