Lead value recovery optimization across APAC region fulfillment centers with P&L impact
Drive cross-functional process improvements with engineering, finance, and operations teams
Develop and implement standardized metrics and SOPs for customer returns processes
Analyze operational data to identify root causes of value loss and implement solutions
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive operational excellence in returns management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required, Master's or MBA preferred

Experience

5+ years of Operations/process improvements/new launches experience
