Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of UN System Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy
Manage psychosocial risk assessment tool development
Coordinate multi-agency working groups
Develop technical reports and implementation guidance
Monitor and analyze organizational progress on mental health indicators
Facilitate cross-agency collaboration and best practice sharing

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Public Health, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project/programme management

Required Skills

Technical knowledge of workplace/public health and psychosocial risk management Project management expertise Data analysis and visualization Report writing and communication Multi-stakeholder coordination Fluency in English (required) Knowledge of additional UN languages (advantage)
